Bridge the gap between enterprise clients and cutting-edge AI technology. Lead end-to-end solution delivery, drive commercial conversations, and shape product direction while working across R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with enterprise clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and existing workflows
Lead commercial conversations with clients, including identifying opportunities for expansion
Support project managers in delivering tailored business solutions
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery
Initiate and lead product enhancements based on field insights
Define and refine internal methodologies and processes within the Business Solutions domain
Plan and manage weekly resource allocation of the delivery teams according to project needs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Solutions / Delivery / Professional Services / Data roles in a B2B tech company
Proven experience working with enterprise customers
Hands-on experience managing commercial interfaces with clients
Familiarity with AI technologies and LLM (Large Language Models) – strong advantage
Technical background in Digital, AI, or Data environments
End-to-end project management and process ownership capabilities
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
Strong business acumen with a technical orientation
High level of independence, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
