About the Role
The Program Manager will ensure predictable, coordinated, and transparent delivery between Product and R&D, from release planning through launch. The role connects product and engineering teams, establishing effective ways of working, managing dependencies and priorities, and maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead release planning, readiness, and launch processes in close collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
- Manage release plans and track release readiness, dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Create, consolidate, and distribute clear and accurate release notes.
- Facilitate sprint opening, ongoing tracking, and closure, including monitoring tasks, statuses, and delivery objectives.
- Work closely with Engineering Team Leads, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across the company.
- Support prioritization and alignment across business, product, and technical needs.
- Establish and continuously improve operating processes, ceremonies, and tracking tools to enable efficient and predictable delivery.
- Identify blockers, drive their resolution, and provide transparent updates on program and release progress.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or program management within an R&D or product environment.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing sprint cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and similar project tracking tools.
- Strong ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and process-driving skills.
- Technical background and an understanding of software development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Experience leading Release Management processes.
- A relevant degree, such as Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
