Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects, from planning to go-live
- Own the client relationship from a technical perspective — requirements, customizations, installations, and version updates
- Oversee the installation of JEEN’s platform across dev, test, and production environments, including integration with client systems
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and internal engineering teams
- Coordinate cross-functional project roles in a matrix environment
- Create detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and execute version updates and technical change processes with the client
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing technical projects in enterprise environments
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in data or digital domains
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- A proven ability to deliver complex technical projects in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of integration solutions and diverse IT systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI-related projects — a plus
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) — a plus
